Kathleen Sutton Fund
Cancer is a disease that knows no boundaries. The type/stage of cancer, treatment availability and insurance determines where you go for treatment and how many treatments are needed. The Kathleen Sutton Fund is a local 501c (3) non-profit organization that provides reimbursement of transportation costs for women undergoing treatment for cancer, living in Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap & Mason counties. The fund covers gas, ferry fees, parking & other transit expenses while undergoing cancer treatment. Since its’ inception in 2003, the Kathleen Sutton Fund has helped over 2,000 clients and has distributed over $1.1 Million.
