In person or online 6-week program led by trained volunteers. People living with diabetes meet as a group once a week for 2.5 hours to learn how to plan meals to:

  • Achieve your blood sugar goals
  • Manage your medications
  • Handle stress
  • Keep your feet healthy
  • Partner with your health care team
