Personal Care – provides assistance with dressing, feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene; Transfers – able to reposition a person or assist them to transfer (ex: from bed to wheelchair); Homemaking – provides assistance with meal preparation, cooking, and light housekeeping including house cleaning, laundry and other tasks; Respite Care – will provide assistance to the primary caregiver so that they may take a break, such as supervision for someone with dementia; Companionship – engages an individual in social, physical or mental activities, and monitoring their safety inside and outside of the home; Transport – able to transport the individual for appointments, shopping, etc.; Overnight/Weekends- willing to spend nights and/or weekends/holidays in the individual’s home as needed
