Welcome to the Bainbridge Island Resource Directory user page. On this page you will find useful tools for using and updating BIRD. Note that we’ve included an email link for your general comments and questions at the bottom of this page.

General Instructions for using our website:

1. 1. Bookmark BIRD so you can easily return to it as needed. (https://resourcedirectorybi.org)
   2. Explore the menu bar at the top of the screen to see what is currently available. The Resource menu offers categories you can choose from to find the information you need and a search entry box.
   3. The Search function will search the entire website for the word you enter. Be aware that your search for a word will find every instance of that word in the website. To search for a phrase, use quotation marks around the phrase. For example, searching for home will result in every resource that contains home in the description and profile. Searching for “home care” will narrow your search.
