Additional Information:Who is eligible to receive a Discount Card? All Washington State residents are eligible for the WPDP Discount Card. There are no age or income restrictions. The Discount Card does not cover prescription drugs prescribed to pets. Who can benefit from the Discount Card? Washington residents who have a high-deductible insurance plan may be able to use the Discount Card during the deductible period (check with your insurance plan for details). If you have no prescription drug insurance coverage, enroll in the WPDP Discount Card Program so you can receive discounts. Even residents who have prescription drug coverage that doesn’t cover all drugs can still obtain savings.
